In the case, you don't know what Godzilla is. It is a gargantuan-sized lizard-like monster. In some movies, it has several abilities like firing particle radioactive beam from its mouth, an electromagnetic pulse to make electronics stop working, electromagnetic shield to protect its body, instant tissue regeneration, etc. In any measurement, it's an unstoppable monster.
An amphibian skateboard would help Godzilla move faster on land and help it float in the water. Not sure if there is a way to build this kind of skateboard but it must have several characteristics to fulfill.

Of course, I don't if Godzilla have the skill to ride a skateboard as well :)
